The Las Vegas Sports Committee was established in 1986 to help raise funds for student athletes in the Las Vegas area.� As a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, the LVSC has dedicated itself to enhancing the health, education and welfare of Southern Nevada kids.

The LVSC mission: �The Las Vegas Sports Committee is dedicated to enhancing the lives of student athletes, youth organizations and the community by producing quality national and international sporting events�.

Proceeds from events hosted by the LVSC have contributed to over thirty local athletic programs and have touched the lives of over 4,500 local athletes and their families.� The LVSC provides a minimum of $10,000 annually in the form of scholarships, camp fees and tournament fees to area student athletes.
