The
latest celebrity hot spot introduced by high profile
restaurant/bar/nightclub group Pure Management Company with celebrity
investors Wilmer Valderrama, Nick Lachey, and Nicky Hilton and lead by
Executive Chef Adam Sobel, formerly of Restaurant Guy Savoy, is Company
American Bistro adjacent to LAX Nightclub at the Luxor Hotel Casino.
Crafted by the award-winning, New York-based design firm AvroKO (its second
project in Las Vegas), Company American Bistro encompasses more than 10,000
square feet featuring a fireside lounge surrounded by aspen trees and
hurricane lamp candles. The main dining
room
is highlighted by a state-of-the-art wine wall and silver-leafed
chandeliers. Customers relax in custom made high-back leather chairs and
cozy couches to enjoy their meal in a warm, soothing environment. In fact,
there is almost a feeling of sitting in a rustic ski chalet with its antler
chandeliers, slate stack stone, dark-stained woodwork, aspen tree-trunk room
dividers, and antique wooden skis covering an entire wall.
The
cuisine is called Contemporary American and American Bistro’s team of
talented chefs have created a wide range of enticing selections designed to
give patrons a taste of America
from all 50 states. There is pasta such as wild mushroom ravioli, comfort
foods such as macaroni casserole and burgers, traditional entrees steak and
seafood along with
gourmet entrees.
Also,
Company American Bistro offers some great specialty drinks including Peanut
Brittle. If you want to try this at home:
1 ¼
oz. Ketal One Vodka
¾ oz
Nocello Walnut Liqueur
¾ oz
Bailey's Irish Cream
¼ oz
Butterscotch Schnapps
1
scoop Peanut Butter
1 oz
Simple Syrup
1.5 oz
Heavy Whipping Cream
Stir
peanut butter with Ketal, Simple Syrup and heavy whipping cream until peanut
butter dissolves. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice in a Boston
shaker. Strain into a peanut butter rimmed chilled cocktail glass.
Company American Bistro at Luxor is also committed to giving back to those
less fortunate. Company American Bistro has joined the effort to tackle
hunger in America as a participant at the 17th annual Taste of the NFL, the
party with a purpose charity event to be held on February 2, 2008. The
actual event takes place on the eve of Super Bowl XLII in Arizona at the
Phoenix Civic Plaza to raise money for local and national hunger
organizations.
Traditionally reserved for one select restaurant in each of the NFL’s 32
cities, Company American Bistro is the special addition to this year’s host
city. Participating restaurants highlight one dish at Taste of the NFL for
the thousands in attendance to enjoy. Led by Pure Management Group’s
Corporate Executive Chef Michael Sellmann, Company American Bistro will be
serving a Braised Oxtail with Celeriac Mousseline and Black Truffle
Vinaigrette.
“We
are thrilled to be a participant in the 17th annual Taste of the NFL and
even more so
that the money raised will be going to help those in need,” said Robert
Frey, managing partner of Pure Management Group.
In
addition to delicious food, patrons in attendance will have the opportunity
to bid on silent auction items including a package donated by Company
American Bistro which consists of a trip for two to Las Vegas, a two night
stay at Luxor and dinner at Company American Bistro followed by a VIP table
at LAX Nightclub. For more information on Taste of the NFL, visit
